Company response: Often, we do not leave the old board on site as it is an exchange board - we exchange the broken board for a new working one -  and we recycle the old ones. We are happy to leave the board on site, but the customer will have to pay accordingly. Additionally, we are happy to answer any inquiries addressed to us via telephone or email.
