Gate not working? We’ll get it sorted.

If your gate or motor has stopped working, is running slowly, making a noise, or not closing properly — log a call and one of our experienced technicians will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a visit.

We carry most parts in our vehicles, so the majority of repairs are completed on the spot. If the motor needs to go to our workshop, we’ll get it back to you as quickly as possible.

What happens next?

  • We receive your call log and allocate a technician.
  • A technician contacts you to confirm a time.
  • We come out to your premises, diagnose the fault and repair it.
  • If the motor needs workshop attention, we take it with us and reinstall it promptly.

Calls logged during office hours are attended to the same day where possible. Calls logged after hours will receive a response first thing the next morning.
