Checklist when choosing a gate company 

When choosing gate motor suppliers ask the following questions:

• Are the gate suppliers recognised industry leaders in electric driveway security gates, electric gate automation, garage gate motor, new remote access security management, repairs and maintenance?

• How many years have they been in the business?

• Are they vat registered - this shows seriousness in their business?
  

• Do they have three  time customer service support staff?
  

• How many teams do they have?

• Do they keep a large range of spares to carry them through holiday periods?

• Do they offer a true 24 hour service and operate over holidays?

• Do they answer land line numbers or only cell numbers? If only cell numbers it means they do not have an office and are operating from a truck.

• Many companies will answer yes to these questions, but do they really have the resources and the ability to stand by their promise.
